Currently most of our clients have TrendMicro Antivirus which is doing good job so far for Server/Exchange/WorkStations. Shall we start moving to cloud based system, if yes then what is recommended for each of those?

Antivirus is a lot like a car, you have to find one that works for you. I have been happy with Panda Managed Anti-Virus, but I have recently switched to GFI Managed Anti-Virus simply because it is more convenient for me to managed out of RMM tool instead of a different interface.

TrendMicro also has a very nice cloud based anti-virus you may want to try out. I have used it for one client and was very happy with it. They even have a free trial.

Anyone else have recommendations?

For SBS server I like to use ORF http://www.vamsoft.com/. I find it works very good for stopping spam.

GFI MailEssentials Online is also very good. – http://www.gfi.com/hosted-email-security-solution/

in our case we exchanged convenience by good detection and we use kaspersky, we had some other problems with it one of them slowdown of the systems protected and admin kit locally deployed is needed but the detection capabilities we think are worth it.
Heard good things about ESET NOD AV, haven’t compared that one to Kaspersky

We used to use Trend Worry Free Business Security, but support has dropped off a lot recently.

It’s aimed more at Managed Service Providers, but you might want to take a look at GFI Managed Anti-Virus (which is Sunbelt VIPRE under the hood).

I wrote a blog on the benefits of it to MSP’s at http://bit.ly/tubblog-mav that you might find useful.

Picking up on Bkendal post, GFI MAX also has an MSP version of the MailEssentials product, called MailProtection http://www.gfi.com/hosted-email-security
Its specifically designed for service providers, it allows the system to be fully branded as yours, so your customers see your brand and not that of the vendor. It also comes with integrated email continuity and archiving (internal and external emails) which is pretty cool, you should check it out. Its also going to be integrated into the main GFI MAX msp platform so you can manage from one central console.
